You're trying to find a crew for labor only quote? Where are the materials coming from?
Most contractors that I interacted with wouldn't do the job if they didn't supply the materials. Too much at stake for them, if they couldn't control the materials. They can't schedule if they don't know for sure when materials will show up. They most certainly would not give any warranty for any part of it.
they can also inflate the cost of said materials and pad their own pockets as well. |
