Beitian BT-300D or BT-300S works great as a Trimble Ag 25 or 15 replacement. Under $100 USD on E-Bay, brand new direct from China. I've been using about 5 of them for various things including my custom base station and a bunch of Trimble EZ-Guides. Same plug as the Ag25. Not magnetic, but can easily build a magnetic mount for it that uses the standard 5/8" coarse thread mount.
