On the GPS receiver, all SF 3000, SF6000 and SF7000 receivers come as an SF1 receiver, which is required for AutoTrac. If you buy an SF3000 receiver, you can get an SF2 unlock which is a couple inches of accuracy, but not repeatable. Come back tomorrow, your line will move a foot or so. An SF6000 receiver, you can get SF3 subscription which is near RTK horizontal accuracy for 9 months. SF7000 is brand new, out for about a month now. It has RTK like horizontal accuracy for 5 years if you buy the SF-RTK subscription for $1500/yr.
You can buy an SF2 or SF3 unlock and subscription if you'd like, but if you have been running WAAS before and are happy with that, you can stick with SF1 and know it's far better than WAAS. If you've been running RangePoint RTX on Trimble, then you may want to consider that SF3.
So for the AutoTrac unlock on the monitor, they once sold SF1 and SF2 AutoTrac unlocks seperately. If your monitor says SF1 AutoTrac but you want to raise it to SF2 AutoTrac or RTK level accuracy, you can do that with another $350 unlock. Now, if you buy AutoTrac, it covers all. No more confusion.
Long term, I think Deere will support them a few more years anyway. Beyond that, their are still tons of 2600 users and even Brown Box monitor users, and Deere no longer supports those.
