Sioux County, NWIA | The key thing to realize about “charting” is that it is a prognostication, not a prophecy. Charting is a probability tool. I don’t mess with charting as it pertains to commodities and marketing, but in a way I use charting when I am evaluating the weather forecast. It takes time to understand how the prognostication works out, and when to suspect that the prognostication is not correct one way or another. | |
