I do eventually want to try other animals as well. My understanding is that due to its rumen, cattle are pretty unique in the efficiency.

I also would very much like to try to butcher my own at some point, but I need to have some first haha.

I have no interest in doing things at scale at this point. Right now is learning time. I learned in tech that you should never scale anything until you have a good system. Premature scaling just scales your losses.

I will look into the seed stock option.
