Interesting. Have spent more than one trip to the grocery looking for yogurt with no added sugar when away from home. Sometimes get some plain yogurt. The milk they make it out of has lots of lactose so ends up with some sugar even if none is added (especially if they use low fat milk). At home wife uses Instapot and makes her own out of heavy cream which only has a small amount of milk left in it so sugar is very low.

Will have to see if that is available locally.
