Are you basically saying that at today's land prices and interest rates the best thing to do is sell the farm. Yep that's right. 15000 an acre ground at 5 percent is 750 bucks a year. 200 bpa at 6 bucks is 1200. Leaves you 450. Can you run a sharp pencil and put corn out for 350 an acre??. Also have property tax
