One thing I learned fast on Agtalk is USDA numbers are way off if bearish and spot on if bullish.
And you could not be more wrong. USDA is only way off when they come back a year later and revise their numbers by a bunch, regardless of a bearish number or a bullish number. Either nail it every year or don't bother guessing.
