Do we take out $11? 





IMO, No because the price of HRWW is not set in a vacuum. The function of HRW market is to ration demand, and at these prices they are doing that, look at the spread of KE vs ZW wheat or Corn as well as the premium to world values of HRWW has to the rest of the world.
