Not everybody needs to be as low carb as me, a full blown diabetic (or at least I used to be).

But I think a significant portion of the population would benefit from at least reducing the load they put on their pancreas to supply way too much insulin. Reducing the carbs and especially the fructose (in sodas and fruit juice) and table sugar (half glucose but also half fructose).
