Nc Ks. | From the sounds of it our wheat in my neighborhood is about as good as any place in the state. But like a couple weeks ago it's starting to get that blue tint when it's running out of gas. Got 9 tenths to bail us out then. Looks like they're backing off the chance of this latest round amounting to much. Planting is full steam around here. Conditions are good, the no till has some moisture to get things going. I can't get excited about beans. We are drier than a year ago and late planted beans a year ago were a lot better than the early.
