I dont know anything about this case, but i do know hindenburg research is a hit piece journalism that makes its money from shorting the company (before) they release their article, which seems to generally just make stuff up to make a company look bad and crash the stock.
This article may be spot on, i wouldnt know (but i would bet money it is full of beans).
