The biggest thing is after you've used setup file creator, then you can hit "Create without sending" and it will drop the setup file in the files section.

The EASIEST way for you to get it on the stick correctly is to use the John Deere Data Manager to get the SUF extracted correctly onto the stick. If you're comfortable using a computer (assuming Windows), you can just check the SUF, download it as a zipped file, move the downloaded file onto a blank stick, right click the zipped SUF and click Extract All. If it extracts properly, it should create a folder called "GS3_2630". That will contain all of the information you created in Op Center.

You can delete the zipped file (compressed) off of the stick so the ONLY thing on the stick is a folder called "GS3_2630". If you make it that far, you're good to go.

If you use John Deere Data Manager, you'll need to download it first from Operations Center, then you will download the SUF from the files section, but instead of a zipped file, do it as a JDDM file. Once it's downloaded, plug in your blank stick into your computer. Then just double click the file you downloaded and it will automatically open JDDM and then you just point the location to put the file to your USB Stick. It will unzip it for you.
