For sure!
I remember the first year I farmed. I rented Dad's machinery and got to use it when he was done.
It was dry all spring and folks were holding off planting to wait for rain. Guys soaked their bean seed before planting hoping it would help.
Dad went ahead and planted knowing I was waiting for the equipment. We just about had his done when it started raining.
He had just a few acres left and it was 30 days before we got to finish that field.
I was the second week in June we were trying to do mine and it kept raining. The weeds were as tall as the 190 Allis with the cab on it.
It got to the point we planted if it wasn't raining. Basically it took us 3 weeks after the 30 days to get in 4 days of planting.

Upside to the dry is the beavers moved out of the dry creeks!
