I believe in the 80s it was PCA and Federal land bank. Farm credit became the new lender name. Seen several banks merge with other banks. Some banks closed. Most 80 small banks are now branch banks of a larger bank. Very few single small town banks left. Fortunately I bank at one of those few.
I think we are just seeing the beginning.
