I don't use Agco or Agra products, but did you check to make sure the keyed power and +12V constant weren't switched or connected somewhere? The 2630 has a wire that constantly provides power, and another that is a key signal. When the key signal ends, the display knows it's time to save and shut down.
Double check your wiring diagrams.
