Grass fed beef is tougher and just a yuppy feel good fad thing.  My be higher priced also.
Give me corn fed beef for my hard earned money.
Consistent and tender.

As my navy friend says, "they both will make a turd".

Maybe….

I buy a half beef off a guy every year who grass feeds only. He has different fields with different types of grasses for them to graze on. He rotates them through the season and finishes them on something specific. His beef is more tender than any grain fed I’ve ever had and I’m no yuppy. It does taste different, but I’ve gotten to where I can’t stand grain fed beef at restaurants anymore. I’m no cook, but my steaks are way better at home. He’s got people on a waiting list 3 years out and I’m on automatic renewal with him. The locker says he raises the best beef in our area and they can tell it’s his when processing it.
