I received 75 acres with debt and old farm machinery! I sold the farm in 2009 invested in houses in Arizona.
So I retired due to the fact of what happen, was planning to farm till I was 70. I worked off the farm till 03.
None of this makes sense. You sold the farm 14 years ago too invest in houses but it's somebody else's fault that the farm won't go on?
