This. The ground "GRD" terminal is clearly marked, but not needed as the alternator is typically bolted to the engine. The "I" threaded stud seems to be the same as the "1" spade terminal, it's not unusual for other alternators to have duplicate terminals, just not typical of delco. The "R" is for special purposes and is an internal voltage, not needed to charge.
