| Great idea - I'll check it this afternoon when I get home. You are right - if there is no voltage at the wires that connect to the alternator then it stands to reason that the alternator is not actually hooked to the battery...a wire is off somewhere downstream. If there is voltage at the positive that hooks to alternator then it stands to reason that its an alternator problem.
Sometimes this website makes me feel like an idiot. Thanks. Will let you know what I find.
