WCIN | Seen a lot where guys that are putting tile in on rented ground are doing it with contract that the tenant is to be reimbursed at a pro-rated rate if the tenant gets booted off the farm. Now how are guys setting it up if it is the other way, where the tenant walks away. The tenant is paying for something that is going to benefit the landowner, but the landowner wouldn't wouldn't spend the money to do at anytime on their own. | |
