They make generic turn signal kits starting at $25 at ebay, which include the switch, clicker relay, and LED lights. For a few bucks more you can get ones with a wiring harness that taps into your wiring without cutting/splicing.
I would probably add lights myself, as you probably already have a working brake light.
Note that these are not self-cancelling (almost none of the add on kits are) so you risk driving all day with your turn signal on :^),
Probably not a big deal, but wire it to a wire that is only hot with the switch on so you don't inadvertently run the battery down.
