| I have a Oklahoma Pikepass on my semi. Oklahoma Pikepass also works on Texas tollroads. I got my quarterly statement and had Texas tolls on it also. The truck hadn't been to Texas. Looking at it, I had legitimate Oklahoma tolls on it that were within close time proximity to the Texas charges. So close that it wouldn't be possibly.
A call to the the Oklahoma Pikepass office, simply pointing out the error was all it took to resolve it. It did take another billing cycle to get the Texas charges returned. | |
