My wife has been cooking with low salt or no salt for several years. When we go to a restaurant the food tastes bad when it has a normal amount of salt.

We use a lot of Tony Chachere's no salt seasoning blend and more spice Creole seasoning. These seasonings are available from Amazon.COM. You can sprinkle these seasonings on steaks or whatever you want to.

We have been married for over 57 years and my wife has been collecting and experimenting with seasonings for over 57 years.
