Heard today some banks keeping Ag notes are calling them in - to restructure- at a higher interest rate because they are losing money - this was just an analnist talking , said its just starting and it could end up like the 80,s if it continues,,
In the 80s they could do that when you were under water. Meaning the loan was for more than what the land appraised for.
Since we haven’t has a big fall off in property values like in the 80s. Yet. I wonder what the clause would be this time around to call in good loans?
