Middlesex County, Ontario		Most routers have a security setting that has options like WPA3, WPA3/WAP2, WPA2.

A "legacy connection" is just a consumer friendly way of saying the same thing, if you tick the box it will force it to WPA2 or WPA3/WPA2.

Different names for the same thing.
