This rather too vague a question, where do you propose to use it and what are you planning to do with the files you record.
For simplicity recent action cameras are pretty good, the gopro 10/11 or DJI action 3 perhaps.
For video keeping your camera stable is what makes the difference between unwatchable and watchable footage.
The recent action cams have that sorted which is not the case with knock off copies and even high end mirrorless cameras can't compete in less experienced hands.
An option is the compact cameras that are geared more to video such as Sony Zv-1 
Don't rule out old fashioned camcorders they are now a very different thing to use compared to what was around in the 1990s and can give you great results.
