Hydogen Peroxide and dawn dish detergent and baking soda in some water.Wash your dog with this and then take him to the lake for a swim to get it all rinsed out.I think its about 95% affective here.In an hour.

Our Aussie got skunked the other day and I washed her with a solution of: 1 quart bottle of hydrogen Peroxide, 1 Tablespoon Dawn dish soap and 1 heaping teaspoon of baking soda. It does not make very much but it works cause it concentrated. I mix it in a bucket and with a wash cloth gently rubbed the solution soaked wash cloth over the sprayed area on my dog. Our dog got spray in the face so I rubbed this concentrate all over her face and worked it into her fur. I then rinsed with water and repeated several times until I could not smell skunk any more. This really worked. The only thing I would do differently is I would wear plastic gloves because my hands smelled a little like skunk after.
