Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | I have a friend of mine that has been doing the carnivore diet for a year or two. IDK, I guess I believe in moderation. I like going out to eat. I like a few things besides meat and trying different foods.
It gets to a point there is no guarantee you will be alive tomorrow, better enjoy today. And it really may not make any difference what you eat. You might be healthier and live longer but I guess if you sacrifice to the point your not happy, what is the point? |
