just a tish NE of central ND | How about the feller that has had 50 tags removed 30 years ago?Many grew back.And there was a lot more. I mean BIG dark tags in neck and shoulders/ sideburns and face and all over too! I don't think there is any real health issues with him even now and a lot of the "tags" came back after several removals.
