Ekberg has some good information. He is one I have listened to quite a lot of his stuff over the years. He has been a little more plant based than I like, but otherwise has good info. He has "came around" a lot I think in the last couple years to promoting eating meat a lot more than he used to.
If you want to do a deep dive (and learn something rather than watching TV reruns) and really learn about cholesterol, probably more than you ever wanted to know, Dave Feldman has some interesting stuff also. | |
