Subject: Using Ipad with cellphone WIFI for desktop connection

Have to be away for several weeks. Want to take my desktop computer to keep up with work, but don't want to use hotel wifi. Can I connect my IPad that has cellphone wifi to my desktop to connect desktop to internet?
