Nash County, NC		2 cans of diced tomatoes (14 oz)
Medium purple onion
Cilantro to taste
Garlic clove or 2
Salt
Squeeze a lime on top

Combine all ingredients in food processor and chop until salsa consistency

If you prefer a little spicier, add diced tomatoes and chiles. Or replace one can of tomatoes. Depending on size of group

Serve with tortilla chips
