Ya don't need a pizza oven ;)  We like to heat our smoker up to 600 to 700 and lay the dough by itself on the stone until it's brown on the bottom. Then take it back in an put the ingredients on the brown side. Put it back on the stone for a couple minutes or whatever you like. Its awesome!
