Every night there are multiple ads on TV for an HIV drug that renders HIV undetectable. 

I wondered if the HIV positive but undetectable virus is then infused to a person who isn't taking the mediation will they develop HIV?

I recall that transplants from cancer patients transplanted the cancer.  Might this be the same?
