Subject: Ketchup vs mustard

I used to eat loads of ketchup (high carb). I was never a big mustard (low carb) fan, I could take it or leave it.

Since going low carb now mustard is my go to condiment and I have grown to really like the taste.

We had meat loaf tonight. Ground beef/pork mixed meat with crushed pork rinds and some onions for filller. Tasted great. Our mustard jar was almost empty so wife put an equal amount of heavy cream in the almost empty mustard jar and shook it. Never tried that before. Poured on meatloaf and it also tasted great. A new mustard sauce born!
