Pittsburg, Kansas | Here is a list I made up for a person that ask me to from about three years back. This is not nearly a complete list, but it covers the major stuff. It was done for a local high functional Downs syndrome lady who ask me for help so I wanted to keep the list very basic. But it will give you the idea of foods to eat and foods to avoid. You can down load it right from here by clicking on the attachment file at the bottom of this post called "Keto food list".
If there is any specific food you wonder about just put in a search engine something like "Carb content of onions" and the search engine will come up pronto with several links that can give you the information. I will also look up Dr David Unwin's teaspoons full of sugar equivelent source and link to it. With it you will have to choose a category from the list and a list of foods will come up. Stick with the low sugar foods.
