Pittsburg, Kansas | My youngest son had found a version of low carb on his own one time (before wife and I got started or maybe around then, but on his own not through us at that time). Then he later gained a bunch of it back. He said pizza was his downfall. He was doing good but had lots of young kids in his family. They went out for pizza and that did his resolve in. Went down hill from there.
Food can be very addictive and a hard habit to break.
