We have a home help come once every two weeks. Cleans shower. toilet, floors and vacuums carpets.
Not usually around, but the other day I was - her vacuuming is completely random - the thought of a chook scratching came to my mind, and i had to leave the room!
If I do it [ which I do every other week] work to a systematic pattern, Similar to maybe harrowing a field, back and forth, no areas missed.
Just curious as to others methods?
I've tryed, and vac as you suggest - like I'm tilling or harrowing or planting a field. Don't miss any spots. Not good enough for the wife - she has a system to ensure all areas are vac'd and then vac's her way out of a room to ensure no foot prints and the carpet pile is "going with the grain" . . . . she is way tooo much OCD for cleaning. Me, not so much.
You should talk with your cleaning person to ensure she gets all the floor covered.
