NW IA | I bought a silver stream off of auction time Jan 2021. I didn't receive the building until October of 2021 They won't screw you over but their issues at the time were sourcing materials, particularly good railroad ties and production. Darrel is an owner and was decent to deal with. It appears they have plenty of irons in the fire. Their trucker is a nice guy too.
50x100 for me with one end was 21,500 including trucking. I poured a 4' knee wall so there was another 21,000. I don't have it completed yet but the rest I'll do myself. | |
