Calhoun 52’x80 was low 20’s back in Feb ‘22. That was self-install, no ends, or foundation work. Was promised the building in June, it showed up during harvest, so it’s still sitting there until nicer weather. Delays were blamed on covid, trucking and everything else under the sun. In the end, I think they were building bigger structures first.
