I had a YouTube link to a fellow that only replaced one opener on JD planter. Indicated that the setup worked like IH and cost was same as openers had to be replaced only one at a time, had to do it more often. Lost it when computer died and got a IPad replacement.
I have nt coulters and manual row cleaners mostly pinned up unless heavy trash needs moved. I may try it next time openers need replaced. Run a 7200 finger pickup.
That helps the Deere but the closing system needs to be changed to the CIH style as well. |
