| None of the above work for me, at all, my mind just laughs at the games I'm trying to fool it with. I tried Melatonin, might help some folks, more miss than hit for me. Hemp gummies would put me to sleep, only to wake up about 1 wide awake. I tried Ambien prescription, pretty wild dreams and as one it's side effects gave me pain in my chest, so threw it away (it can make some folks sleep walk, didn't me). I've settled on Trazadone, gets me to sleep most nights, go right back to sleep in the night after restroom breaks. I wake a little slow, but get up to speed pretty quick in the morning. You can safely play with the dosage on Trazadone to find what works for you. Maybe not the avenue you want to pursue, but for some of us it's what it takes.
