RTK is about relative accuracy (relative to the base station), not absolute accuracy. So if your base station is moved or you change base stations, all your lines move too. At least unless each base station is adjusted to use the same coordinate reference system. For example a base station can be surveyed in and post-processed using government services to reference everything o same coordinate system like NAD83. I've though about post-processing my base station's RINEX survey data using Canada's CSRS-PPP service, but then I decided I just didn't care that much. When I do move the base station, I get a fix on the new location and then reset the base station's coordinates to the new location. That way my lines and boundaries don't shift at all. I don't particularly need to be compatible with other RTK systems.
