South Central, Minnesota | need a new range and wondering if anyone regretted going from gas to induction, going to have to get some new cookware, but the speed and efficiency over the gas is what appeals to me. looks like its all touch controls though, not dials which im not sure if ill like., induction looks so much easier to keep clean aswell. kitchen supposeto stay cooler because of less heat loss-all the heat goes to the pan.
