Pittsburg, Kansas | Dr Phinney gives a really good talk on diet, ketosis and a bunch of research results he and other researchers have found out.
The first few minutes of the talk he gives credit to Dr Sarah Hallberg who was one of the early presentations that got wife and I started on the low carb way of eating. She was a great. So sorry for her loss to cacer in the last couple years.
Anyway, great presentation. I will try to find that original talk by Hallberg and put a link to it specifically. It was back from 2015 if I recall correctly.
