Just pick any free email like yahoo or gmail, and create an email account.
For example, just go to Yahoo.com and in the upper right click "Mail". Then it asks you to log in, or at the bottom "create an account". Follow the steps and that's it.
I have a few dummy accounts I use for signing up for things that I never use for anything else.
