Eggs (pasteurized) + Vegetable or animal oil (inert non flavor) + an immersion blender
Ingredients in har and immersion blender at bottom of jar to start. Viola, 1 minute mayo. I doubt you will go back to any store bought with stabilizers and other. I have made it with the whole eggs others use just the yolks. Mustard is good but non essential. | |
