I always enjoy reading about his adventures too and hope he is doing well.  I had a rough year with my exercise routine.  I did really good through March.....averaging 15 miles/week for 20 weeks in a row (November through March) but since then I've been preoccupied with golf, farm work and a building project.   I can still do 12-15 miles a week without much effort but if I don't enjoy it I don't do it.  Hopefully I can get my motivation back soon!   The scale is telling me I need to!
