I would consider myself a risk evaluator though.
I'm not overly averse to risk and will regularly take calculated risks. But I am not a risk junkie either.
Some people tend more towards followers, others more tend to make their own decisions and follow their own path. Humans are herd instinct animals by nature and feel more comfortable when "within the herd". Everyone, myself included. But some are more herd averse than others and don't mind being excluded quite as much as others. I tend to fall in the latter. I tend to go my own way when the herd idea does not suit me, which is not all that uncommon for me.
